I have completed a series of Executive Coaching over 8 months with Sandee Banks. We have worked on a range of areas, including deepening communication skills and developing my leadership style further.
My senior leadership team undertook a 360 towards the end of my coaching assignment and the results were very pleasing in all the areas we had focussed on.
Other learnings from coaching included an increased awareness in the broader context of understanding others, and balancing strong leadership skills with an enhanced inter-personal approach to achieve results.
